Hi Karin! Can't thank you enough for helping us seal the deal on our new home in the Edgemont Village neighbourhood of North Vancouver. Trying to buy a home is stressful enough. But when its a pandemic and you are 3000km away in Toronto- that's another level. You were our eyes and ears, taking lots of time to video and photograph all the nooks and crannies of the many homes we looked at online. Recently we decided that it was time to sell our very special, long time Whistler family home. Karin is the absolute epitome of professionalism. My wife and I were struggling to find a lot in the Lynn Valley area to build a larger house. Working with other agents hadn't produced any results. We met Karin at an open house and were immediately impressed. We reached out and asked her to help us in our search. Karin found us the perfect lot! She absolutely nailed it. Her resilience and commitment to finding us the lot was over the top. She was relentless. Her attention to every detail, her honesty and integrity so endeared her to us that we asked her to sell the house we were living in. Our house was a custom build.
