Proven Business Experience
Before becoming a Realtor®, Karin had 15 years of experience as a sales executive in the pharmaceutical industry, which provides her with a solid background in sales, marketing, and contract negotiations. She was an award-winning top producer and negotiated complex multi-million dollar per year deals for the company.
Emerging Markets Land Assembly
Following that, Karin researched and analyzed emerging markets for real estate development opportunities, and developed and executed the initial real estate strategy for entry into the Mexico marketplace. This included real estate selection, multi-million dollar land assemblies, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, rezoning, and government relations. She was also responsible for raising capital and forming private equity partnerships.
